Swearing
(1) Every director, officer, executive head or employee appointed in a bank or financial institution shall take the oath of office and secrecy in the format specified in the schedule before starting the duties of his position. The executive head should take it before the chairman and other officials and employees should take it before the executive head or the official appointed by him.
